I've seen two people get invoices today, both were first time buyers...so nice to see the luck going to new fans.

GREAT timed edition coming tomorrow. $170 or $380 framed
https://www.blackdragonpress.co.uk/blog ... essa-foley

"This week we are releasing a time limited print edition of Vanessa Foley's stunning ‘Midnight’: a beautifully moody portrait of a barn owl and its less than fortunate prey.

To make things extra special, we have teamed up with The Circular Framing Company to offer a framed option alongside the unframed prints. These will be framed using non-reflective, true colour AR70 art glass, and will ship worldwide in a sturdy wooden crate.

‘Midnight‘ will be available for purchase for 72 hours starting this Wednesday at 5pm UK time and the final edition run will be determined by the number of prints sold during this time plus a handful of extras printed to replace any lost or damaged in transit. All copies will be numbered and signed by the artist."

Easier drop than expected today. Congrats to those who scored.

BTW, meant to mention this, someone I've seen Vanessa like on IG and spread the word of is Alex Louisa.

I'm building a "hive" of originals from different artists, and added a few of these - https://alexlouisa.com/collections/originalsinsects

Alex Louisa it splendid to buy from. She could not be nicer. She also sells pieces through Nahcotta Gallery in their Enormous Tiny Art shows.

I too have a number of A Louisa pieces. I love them. Her Christmas beetles should be ready soon. They are fantastic.

I won Gold Finch 1 in her Autumn lottery and already have it in hand. Lightning fast. She also sent a Costa's hummingbird 7x7 she painted for us back in 2019 but hadn't yet migrated. Im so happy to add them to our collection. Pics are in the Original Art thread
I'm not someone else.
