I have been jogging daily for a few weeks now, down about 12 lbs so you're probably right.Cragars wrote:Buy a large and you didn't just spend 30 buck on some clothing, you threw 30 bones down for a shirt AND a health goal.
Dude that's awesome. Portion control really helps out too. Also make sure you have good shoes and let your legs heal if they ever get injured. I use to jog every day but then my right leg got wonky, but kept running on it anyways. Got to a point where I couldn't move it without pain for a couple of days. Have since healed but its never been the same trying to jog again.Cinlabyrinth wrote:I have been jogging daily for a few weeks now, down about 12 lbs so you're probably right.Cragars wrote:Buy a large and you didn't just spend 30 buck on some clothing, you threw 30 bones down for a shirt AND a health goal.
Edit: To stay on topic, I really dig the shirts. Will have to pick one up one of these days.
Yeah, if you get to where you're running a ton, you should definitely do some resistance exercises/weight lifting to keep the muscles around your tendons toned. I ran for 5 miles every couple of days in college, and didn't do any weight training. Ended up with runner's knee (worn-down tendon). But yeah, congrats on all of that.slunkey wrote:Dude that's awesome. Portion control really helps out too. Also make sure you have good shoes and let your legs heal if they ever get injured. a foil fingerwaves?
wonder if worth it...

pay via paypal, use credit card, file dispute at the 20 day mark if suspicious. don't deal with noobs. don't trade with noobs. request feedback ahead of time. there are lots of good people 'round here.
I don't even really like foil and it's great.sidewaysscott wrote:a foil fingerwaves?wonder if worth it...
PS I hate formatting images for retina screens now. In my email and stuff, they all look good because I have them sized down from where they were made, but when they are posted full size like above, they look like garbage. Hopefully everyone knows these look pretty insane in person and not all jaggy.
Cheers!
