wow - over a decade for me of buying, collecting, flipping and just generally being a part of this community because of Mondo... real shame that the poster scene suffers such a loss because Funko's beanie baby business is imploding...

Devastating news but I am sure they'll come back in some form or another.. it will never be the same though. Condolences to my fellow Austinites.

Was Mondo really struggling that much? Seems like they could still pitch an insta-sellout when they wanted to. I knew it was bad news when funko took over. What a fudge company they have turned out to be.

Woulda guessed Funko's tanking prob and needing to dump bobbleheads in landfills over storing em prob led to it.

Prolly a simple accounting exercise. Calculated the margins and decided what was first to be axed.
