$40 would be a fair price
Yea but was that hoodie hand numbered? That's what I thought...phantomforce wrote:Jamilton wrote:your drymountin brain damaged.
I find it ironic that you guys are offended by someone spending that much on something to wear yet are happy to shell out the same or more on print's that will just end up getting stored in a flat file. to each their own though.
That said, yea, spend your hard earned money however you see fit. Still... is that hoodie made out of Mithril or what? Good lord.

It's cotton, hand made in spain, but the designer uses a thick double layer cotton, the cut and design is unlike anything out there, zippers are big fat riri, a lot of his items are treated in weird ways, leather jackets dipped in acid, etc. and each season the designer only produces about 20-30 pieces of most of his items. most of his stuff can be found at about the same price even in the secondhand market so you are buying something sort of collectible. Aitor Throup is another designer that some of you may appreciate whose prices go far beyond wtf, but are considered art / collectibles. I don't agree with the prices either, but i'm sure its no different from someone pulling the trigger on a $3.5k Kaws Screenprint.

I was going to go with the toys and no likeness rights to anything new. But yeah.... After today they are inching closer towards saturation. But hey, whatevssgonzo303 wrote:Sweaters will be the downfall of Mondo.
