Or selling a little slower than anticipated and they figured a few more hours wouldn't hurt things.mfaith wrote:Maybe too tired from Frightmare weekend, and forgot? XD
I doubt that. If they wanted a last minute rush, they'd get more out of slamming social media with plugs, than silently leaving it open a few extra hours. I'm sure it was an honest mistake.Chandler53 wrote:Or selling a little slower than anticipated and they figured a few more hours wouldn't hurt things.mfaith wrote:Maybe too tired from Frightmare weekend, and forgot? Maybe it was a bit of both. I started seeing sponsored Instagram ads for the portraits last night which I thought was a little unusual. I know they use it for pins & records but I've never seen them use it for a timed edition print.mfaith wrote:I doubt that. Regardless of the reason, I'm curious to see what the final run number will be on these guys. The last set of SW portraits Vader/Trooper/Garindan were a year ago, I thought with the gap in time and the upcoming Solo movie we might be getting more key characters - these were probably a really hard sell for casuals.
What is everyone's guess on final run numbers? Whoever gets closest without going over gets a chance to bid on a Yellow Cardinal.

thanks for that. how can you tell the inventory these days? I used to be able to check it but didn't see it in the page sourcemfaith wrote:550/1400 : Nien Nunb/Sandtrooper
Heh, that was my guess, responding to EgoDeath.theperfecttree wrote:thanks for that. how can you tell the inventory these days? I used to be able to check it but didn't see it in the page sourcemfaith wrote:550/1400 : Nien Nunb/Sandtrooper

Somethings changed and you can't check inventory anymore on the timed stuff. For vinyl, you can add a high number to your cart and check it that way, but not sure if you can do it anymore with timed stuff.
Interesting guesses mfaith! I was actually thinking the inverse with Nunb leading.
I'm guessing;
950/750, Nien Nunb/Sandtrooper.

Is this where we are with the Mondo aspect of the hobby? Guessing print runs of a Nien Nunb and storm trooper print?

Jaded much? lol. People play guess the run size on a bunch of stuff. Often discussed for James Jean's releases... Don't really think it's a sign of anything except people trying to guestimate demand. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯wonkabars7 wrote:Is this where we are with the Mondo aspect of the hobby?
