those days are longgggg gone. i mean i know all the old timers kicking around here still know that. im in a kill joy mood for whatever reason.

i mean, Id be shocked if there was ever a mystery movie again. or oscar night.

it just seems that the current MO for mondo is to bring in new people as much as possible and keep some people around.

I thought it was a fun night when they dropped the Stout Django. The mystery to what and when things would drop added some fun to the drop. Same for the black friday release with Danger Psycho and Moss Bride. It makes an otherwise boring drop more of an event. I couldn't care less about when I get it or when the movie came out as long as I like the print, it's just fun to have a little mystery and excitement.

I know it's always said and never happens but it would be nice if Mondo had some Oscar related pieces planned. I wouldn't mind some posters for Black KKKlansman, The Favourite, Roma, Shoplifters, Cold War or Buster Scruggs.

That was a result of it being a last minute decision to be a MMM print.

If they could tease movie and/or artist, basically a bit less mystery it would work better this time around.

Name a popular artist or in demand movie property and they will come.

Disney Pin Trading is a HUGGGGEEEEE community.

there are some Disney Pins that are worth thousands. People will camp out for days and weeks to buy limited edition releases.

There are literally hundreds of disney pins you can buy at the park. And thousands more from back catalogue.

You can trade pins at nearly every store in Disney. And if you go up to people that work there you can also trade with them if they are wearing pins.

All anybody thinks about with MMM is that it has to be ZOMG. As if the format hadn't led to stuff like Proctor Dawn of the Dead or Danger The Mist or Durieux Die Hard - not bad by any means but certainly more eclectic than obvious slam dunks. Nobody's up for the fun of the gamble.

From my understanding its also the artist who comes up with the movie to do it. not mondo asking the artist. but i could be wrong about that.
