Yea, these past few years haven't been to my taste. I'm sure they'll drop something I'll have to buy on the secondary market eventually.

love the image of Alfred, but the font not being the original title font kind of kills it for me

The first magazine's title looks like this new title they have. I like the title.

I'm not buying it, but I like the new font.

Honestly, it hasn't been worth the upkeep given how infrequently they've released things that I've liked. It could probably use a re-write using a better shopify exploiting framework too.

The new font is very much like the original font from MAD #1 (prior to the magazine format):
