What are the chances the Bertmer Dr. Strange makes an appearance at sdcc?

I would be a happy camper if Bertmer's Strange drops.
Barrett TDK, guessing the one before Labyrinth, per the test listing today. Cloonan VVitch matches one of the blurs on Saturday. Guessing Francavilla Frankenstein for the other Saturday - think Francavilla's confirmed as having done an SDCC print. And Sunday, been noted that the bottom title, even blurred, looks like GOTG vol. 2's if you zoom out. All a guess of course, but those first 2 are probably correct given the surprise today.
So would guess no Bertmer, but I'm down with being wrong.

Someone on FB speculated that this blur is the Francavilla Frankenstein (monster smelling the flower). He did confirm he had a mondo poster at comic-con on twitter a while back.
