How does Mondo have so much in their flat file sale given they had a black friday sale? Do they not try to sell it all at the BF sale?

They save a small percentage of prints for archival use, and they probably also save a fair chunk of returned prints, as well as just a few for special occasions. Easy tool in manufacture of demand, especially when it comes to art...leave a few in the flat file for rainy days. It's the same reason Doyle has Things stashed back for giveaways with mystery tube sales. It draws a crowd, gets attention, and puts a few gems in people's hands.

Didn't check the FB groups but anybody got an idea of like the top 10 from the ff sale wanted to go but chickened out. Surely they sold more than 1 of the top 3?

Maybe people wanted art they actually wanted to own/keep/frame.

Maybe they don't like Clint or Dredd. Maybe they don't like portraits.

Maybe art they want is more important than an extra 50 bucks or the hassle of selling in the first place.
