lukewarm on the durieux. not a big mitchell guy either. so maybe i'll pass. it's a shame, TDK is in my top 5 movies all time. i'll stick with the 27x40 DS why so serious poster for now i guess...

Wow, really underwhelmed with Durieux lately. First Godzilla and now this. Even if you compare this composition to his King King which also features a downtown setting, this one just falls flat. The lights in the windows have to mean something though.

Mitchell killed it.

Stout Alien vs Durieux Dark Knnight - Which is worse? I still think the Alien should have never even been sold. But how does Mondo end up selling some of the biggest names worst work?

EDIT: "I Believe in Harvey Dent" sign in the rubble there, too, but not in the var

Loving the Joker portrait. I think the regular looks fine, but not understanding the landscape variant. I like looking at all the ground detail of the regular, but its lost on the variant.

coolest thing about that durieux print is the Harvey Dent poster amid the rubble. overall a miss for me. I don't like the overall composition, the simplicity of the buildings in the background, the wonky batpod, or the title text. was really excited when I saw the email too.

Oh yeah. Seeing the tiny windscreen now. I'm just using my own bike as reference. No guns on mine by the way.
