They have to print them first, this was a pre order afaik.
One would think that these would have already been printed. I will put the shipping date at 9/25. Maybe we should have some sort of lottery. Winner gets a prize.

One these are received, the shipments to Europe will go out via DHL to a partner in the UK to expedite delivery as international shipping from the US is incredibly slow right now.
