I hope the packing is better than the blimps. I had a foil that was ruined in transit. Chitty tube....

I know these threads are more for the print themselves, but I can't resist leaving my experience here after remembering the drama that unfolded here.

- Ordered on Aug 7
- Moved/changed address in October, and responded to order confirmation email to see if I could change my shipping address - no response
- Messaged the chat box on their website a few days later -no response
- Nov 10, print arrives damaged to the old address (I drive back to pick it up), in flimsy packaging, packed tight to the walls of the tube.
- I call in to get this resolved, the call forwarding seems sketch, offering me a chance to win a gift card to walmart, but someone answers after a few prompts. The operator doesn't introduce himself, or let me know if I even reached the right company/number. He says he can only offer visa/mc prepaid card. At this point, this was suspect enough of me to hang up and open a dispute with paypal.

I hope everyone that got one enjoys the print, but for those few that have deals go sour, I would not expect much from this "studio."

That is pretty much how the foil looked except with the foil it was more evident in the image. He made good and got me a replacement.
