Can somebody clue me into how Aaron is doing his transferring from pencil to ink stage?

I'm seeing ink on tracing paper in process photos and ink on regular paper here.

They are hand wrapped fabric mats by Furthur Frames in Denver. Here's the link to a thread dedicated to them: http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopi ... 31&t=70319

Edit: Bottom one is hand wrapped, not the top :pint:

I think the first one might be a regular mat (you can see the white bevel). The second one definitely has a hand-wrapped fabric (satin?) top mat.
So it goes...
