For the Akira, the two capsules at the far end are ideas which weren't implemented.
The official pill for Stout Akira owners is the one adjacent to the powerbike. Designed by user 'Sigma722' - cheers dude!

The powerbike is just a fan pin that anyone can use if they want to (though owning some kind of Akira-related print ought to be a prerequisite...) .
