Looks like a Sperry bird gone wrong.

I'm not going to fault the sculptor. I'm sure they had a better vision for this than the misdirection the art director gave them.

And don't get me started on the paint job....

This could've probably turned out killer had they done a complete sculpt of her face and then applied the comic graphics via decal.
