Say what you want about him copying Horkey's style, bottom line without the talent to draw like that it's not happening. He is putting pencil/pen to paper not ripping off bits of Horkey's work and manipulating it on the computer.

If it's so easy I challenge anyone to draw like that. It's not like he is tracing bits of Horkey work either. The man is drawing his own ideas, no drymounting pop culture fudge, for most part.

Funny thing is I always seem to have the same discussion with an artist that will remain nameless, he contends that while Horkey's work is beautiful if you look back at the artists of even this century there is not one that is highly regarded that draws/paints with the detail of Horkey, it's to perfect I believe he said once.

Dude's an artist. Artists have influences. It happens.

A lot to look forward to with this one, and that's saying something given his current output.

Love his work. Very talented guy. Though there are certain aspects that remind me of Horkey, sure, there is something to say for a person who can put that type of intricacies into a piece to make you look at it for what it is, a piece of art. I am looking forward to picking up my first piece from him shortly.

He opened a show tonight at Galerie F entitled "Tiger, Tiger", which was based on the characters from The Jungle Book. Some serious talent here in this mans hands....

Not 100% on the details but generally prints are 18x24 and editions between 50-60, 5-8 layer screens and $30 each.

Incredible!!
