Put em in the spokes of your bicycle?zefarrett wrote:You could do the same thing millions of people did with baseball cards that were the size of baseball cards?
I get the Welker comparisons, but I just think Phlegm's skills, composition, and overall look is so much better/more refined.
And I don't own this, so no hype from me.
In fact, this looks like a cheap Welker rip off, sell it to me cheap and use that money for more Welkers . . . I'll be waiting in my PMs!

Yeah, what I like most from Phlegm are his odd little characters. LIke in Documenting Everything and Fight or Flight. I don't own Civilisation, but there as well.
Maybe there's some in Tributary and just can't see them. Would like to see some up eventual up close shots from those that got one.

Check out p.326 of this thread for detail shots. Paul was kind enough to share.Dario33 wrote:Yeah, what I like most from Phlegm are his odd little characters. LIke in Documenting Everything and Fight or Flight. I don't own Civilisation, but there as well.

I know I am in the minority but I drymounting love DE.
I also love his characters/creatures but I do think this image is far more accessible to a casual fan. Also way more spouse friendly than some of his other images. Not that any of his other images aren't appropriate, I just think this would be a way easier sell than something like Civ or FoF.

Right there with you.. DE drew me to Phlegm's work to begin with and is still one of my favorite images.

I know it is rather "boring" when compared to some of his other works but it is my favorite Phlegm in my collection.brinkmann wrote:Right there with you.. DE drew me to Phlegm's work to begin with and is still one of my favorite images.

About the card series- I'm always into adding some small weird prints to the wall, and might have a better chance of getting one if he drops a bunch at once.
