Estimate from phlegm via Mattmoo08 was 300-400GBP. I guess we'll find out when it drops.
They will be round about that like he said but they Will be more towards the £400 mark IMO.
I'm sure you will agree with the price when you see.........

Absolutely. If he doesn't charge it, someone else will. Happy to put the money in his pocket, rather than someone who had nothing to do with the creation of the work.

Stuff like that is why I shouldn't have spent so long away from the board, had no idea that even existed and now can't wait to spend money I had set aside for framing other stuff on it!

True, although not missing the release of "Documenting Everything..." but instead being sat on Ben Nevis trying to get enough signal to hit refresh and get one in my cart and the inevitable failing was hardly a better experience than just missing it totally!

Was just doing some reorganising and realised I don't think I've ever shared a photo of this t-shirt, didn't realise I had it here. Only a crappy smartphone picture but does the job.

That is a real beauty in person. Just a wonderful print. If only it hadn't sold before the opening of the show.

It is a really stunning print. And I honestly would not be bothered if he increased the price to put more in his pocket for more painting. As much as I love his prints, I love his walls better.

400gbp seems fair when he only puts out a print every year and a half and this one does seem extra special.

That being said. someone buy my Faile Dreams please so I can afford this.

Actually, I think he needs to lower the prices so he runs out of money quicker and has to release more stuff for us to enjoy.

That was $800 for an etching which I think is pretty fair to be honest. It was a good sized print and looked superb.

Yeah, I thinks its important to recognize that this is an etching and not a screen print. It takes a considerable amount of skill to master etching. I love screen printing, don't get me wrong. But etching is an entirely different process. Looking forward to this release as well.

I really thought that this image/mural in Albany marked was a major turning point in Phlegm's work. It showed an evolved comfort with painting on a large scale and a mastery of the process. After this wall, his imagination was free to express itself within his mural work. I feel like his confidence reached an all time high and he began to explore the painting within the painting. The troll with the mountain range on its back and the creation myth pieces he did in Belgium following this Albany mural.

On an aside, I am really excited to see the finished product of his new book. It will have taken him the better part of a decade to finish this book start to finish. His style and skill has changed and evolved over that time period and this book will capture it all.
