Any insight on Harman’s next Disney release? Not necessarily which properties, but the timeframe?

Yeah, I know. I ordered it but it says February and we're in February so I was wondering if we're on track or what. Now I see "late Feb." though. :)

I recently got a Baroque portfolio. I love the general idea, but I feel like every time I turn a page, the binder part separates and releases a bunch of pages. Is this normal? Was expecting it to be a bit more durable in that area.

That doesn't seem normal, I have the 24x36 and 18x24 and both are pretty sturdy. I do have to make sure I clamp the rings in tighter on the bigger one though. But they stay closed. Make sure nothing is obstructing the rings?

I have the same problem. 24x36. The metal rings are super weak and the pages always come out on one side.

My 27x41 does the same thing. Is that the size you have?

Definitely not supposed to happen. Just shoot an email over to us at Baroque.

And if there is ever an issue, please email us. We don't want you having pages falling out or being disappointed. Yea there can be binder wear and tear after a while because its still a binder at the end of the day but definitely should not be when you open the box. Should be perfect.

Same. The binder just doesn't seem to grasp that tightly. I had to take out extra pages to make sure i didn't run into issues. It's not terrible, but I have to be careful when I turn pages or they can easily slip right through the teeth of the binder.

The issue with a lot of posts I saw and not saying its you guys but for instance on FB, you see great posts all the time. Then one time someone writes a negative comment and its just like a thread of negative comments. A majority of them are from ppl who purchased 3 years ago on launch.

We've learned a lot since then and made a few adjustments here and there all the time to improve it. The model now is nowhere near the model when we started.

However, as you can see from above, no one has emailed so there is no way to address any issues.

Even though you can put 50 pages in it, should you? Probably not. Just adds weight to it. However, you can and risk that as well.

I mean they're great portfolios and compare very favorably to the old Picturesque ones, but I think there are a lot of folks who think these portfolios should be easy to flip through and handle like a big picture book...despite being a portfolio for relatively large (and cumulatively heavy) pieces of paper.
