Glad you're so knowledgeable about my situation. Mind your own business. i was giving my opinion. No need to jump on someone for stating their point of view.Bralumian wrote:Despite your 10 months of expertise, I think it prudent to leave it to the professionals when making those calls. Bottleneck Gallery News/Rumors!
So it goes...
You don't have to be an art expert to know that diffusion dithering would have looked better in the context of stencil art, rather than halftones.
(no hate to Bottleneck, more a comment regarding the absurdity that one must spent 9 years on an internet forum before their opinion counts for something)

mfaith-your comments/opinions are welcomed here. This is an art/print forum and they were completely in line given that.
The retort regarding the lack of how many nickels you have and the mean-spirited way it was delivered, however, was not deserved and does not belong here.

Personally, I like how Graffiti Prints does a double and even triple pass on some of the black in their prints. Really deepens the image overall. I'd love to see this Tabby done that way, but I also love how it looks as it is. Awesome print.

I'd say in 10 months, MFaith has contributed a lot more to this forum than you have in 9 years. If he has a nickel, you have a penny.Bralumian wrote:Despite your 10 months of expertise, I think it prudent to leave it to the professionals when making those calls. Totally unnecessary attack on a valid, personal opinion bra!
isn't this forum all about discussing the art, throwing everyones opinions and pov's? some people make it sound like either you should have joined a long time ago to show that you have time status, or you just play word association all the time to get posts (kidding on that). There are probably artists and people that went through art school that know a whole lot more than people that have been on here for 10 years.....but i guess this opinion isn't allowed here since I have less than 1 year's status
