Ya I popped my head in a few minutes after the fact and was able to add to cart, but there was only a local pickup option. Figured dat just meant it was already sold out, but I guess not. Luls. Similar fudge happened with the Feelo fudge. Only allowed payment using a website in Taiwanese even though it was supposedly "worldwide".

Received a tube a few days ago and finally opened it today. Cows. Cool stuff. Buy why did they ship rolled (in a tube big enough to fit 18x24 prints)?

Was there any email / advanced notice on these Beacon Jams Pollocks? I'm completely off social media and missed this first wave drop.

We only use 24 and 30 inch tubes. Glad you like it and they arrived safe.

Im like 0 for 100 with all of those sites. They also like to use the word Pre-Order which gets me excited and I email then I realize it definitely has a totally different meaning over there and never get an email back.

Do you mean to say that you guys don’t ship flat? That can’t be. Wouldn’t that be cheaper and easier?

Not complaining but wondering.

I think they do ship flat sometimes, but I'm not sure if it's cheaper or easier. I imagine it requires more packing material and/or has higher risk of damage. For regular size prints, anyway. You're probably right for smaller prints like minis.
