I received Jaws yesterday and noticed the plastic bag and protective film were both sliced. As a result, I had to inspect it fully, which I didn't really do with Dark Knight. (I pretty much just checked to make sure it wasn't cracked and left it to wait for the light box.). The cut didn't go through, but it has quite a few nicks and scratches which are pretty noticable because of the depth and creating of shadows. There is one right in the middle with an additional weird divot. There are some weird black spots on the shark.

Then I went back to Dark Knight. That one has multiple raised white spots in the center of the coat, which again really stand out. The right side has a couple feathered-looking spots. The bottom has a streaky look in certain light, like when paint runs and drips down in lines (possibly some adhesive part of the process?).

What does everyone else think of the condition on their copies? The overall effect is great, but I'm a bit disappointed in the condition/quality. These things aren't cheap.

Any idea when the little Pollock holiday print will drop? Should we expect a lotto?

Yea responded to your email, we asked to crack it so we can send you a new one. Obviously there is a cut in the plastic and something happened. We ship these out already pre boxed so we can’t inspect anything. We always have replacements on hand just in case.

There will be a spot here and there. It’s a giant sheet of thick plastic. Really not supposed to look at it up close. If there is something that sticks out that is an issue, we can always replace.

Second that, I was hoping the holiday card would be a regular on-sale with the DAAR lottery stealing some attention from the holiday card making it able to purchase.
