Where are you based? Average shipping is $16.25
Sonoma County California
It seems like its your county. Using the UPS tool on their site, from NY its around $22 and thats just postage. We obviously get a discount on that but then you factor in the tube and yea makes sense. LA is around $19.50 from us.

And not sure if this was always a thing but your zone has a delivery surcharge starting end of last year. (used a random sonoma zip)

Hey, thank you so much for this breakdown. I really appreciate it. This is really good information to have.
My frustration is mainly towards the increase of shipping costs across the board.
I know that you all are just keeping up with the rates that inflation is dropping on you. I ship a ton with my work and even with our bulk discounts, I can't believe how much shipping has increased in just the last year. Up almost 30%!
I've been buying from you for years and I've never had one packaging issue. And not many companies employ loyalty programs like your BottleBux, which are greatly appreciated!
Its just an expensive hobby and I just have to remember that.

its terrible. It's all around. Right now here in NY, they are adding tolls in the city covering a large area and I just can't comprehend it at all. It's not like the trains are getting better and the worst part is that sure they'll make these initial prices for the tolls but we all know the deal. Every year it'll just keep going up. Every year the radius will expand. It's just sad and I feel bad for everyone affected.

My brother in law drives in every day and this would be a third toll he would have to pay in one direction. On top of grueling hours, now he'll take a train which will be longer to get to and back to his family. Causes a harder way of life. It's just all stupid.

My suggestion with us, if you're ok with waiting, definitely utizlie the combined shipping. The only thing we don't combine really are timed editions or some rare case but think we are good about it. Feel like we usually do 5-6 max. The only thing is obviously the longer you keep combining, the longer it takes for you to receive things. Some ppl are cool with it.

I have to say, while shipping costs have definitely risen, Bottleneck seems to be the only one that hasn't also increased product prices. Extremely grateful for that. It's practically unheard of to snag a $50 poster anywhere else.

As long as you guys can bear with us sending out a shitload of newsletters, then yea we can keep it like that for sure lol

The only time really have to increase is when the color count is high.

On the shipping note, would love to have a pick up option. Being in Brooklyn and paying $15 for shipping a poster from y'all is a headache.

Eh thats a tough one. We tried this at the beginning and it just ends up being more of a headache in the end. A lot of people assume we are opened on weekends or work really late hours. Then we just have a bunch of forgotten tubes and chasing ppl to pick up.
