I love all the screenprinted posters you guys have done. Has there been an attempt to get the National Lampoon's Vacation poster printed? I would kill for a title-less art print version of that one.

No im sorry but true story I had a whole phone call with Boris to do a Rick and Morty poster ala Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie poster (which was one of my favorite movie posters of all time) but it just never happened and now R&M doesn't even let us do new art for it .

oh nothing just fell through and i think once the Warner merge happened, R & M licensing rights changed on what was allowed. Only assets

What would be the downside to allowing a licensed product that they have final approval over? They could make the approval process as rigorous as needed if its a "complete control" issue. All I can take from it they dont care about making more money.

Think it’s more about is it worth their time to do (applies to any license that doesn’t want to do it).

Many licenses only allow you to use preapproved assets.
