I’m sorry to hear that, Joe. I know for a fact that the masses are under the opinion that BNG offers the best customer service in the business. After buying from BNG a LOT over the past 5 years I have never once had a negative experience. Only extremely positive. If people are lashing out over whatever small issue they have without even reaching out privately first - because your reputation shows the issue will be taken care of - and that’s the worst thing that’s happened to them in this mess of a year where there are clearly more concerning issues to worry about - then they are having a pretty wonderful drymounting life and need to check their priorities. Thank you Joe and team for staying so consistent and for all of your extra effort!
