What exactly is the tape flap ya'll are always going about? Is it when theres tape that starts inside the tube attached to the kraft and comes outside the tube? Cause that sucks.

I think they mean the flap on the tape holding the kraft together. Instead of just scraping the tape up a little, they need a tiny little flap to grab a hold of.

Cause they are bitches.
