Only word of caution here, last drop they shipped with square tubes and my first print was damaged... they did send a replacement but it was also damaged as well, which looks like it was from rattling around in the tube moreso that damage to the tube or gorilla grip.
Oof. Now ya tell me. Did ya school em on using round tubes? Maybe dat ain't a thing in Poland?
I did give them feedback and said at the very least they needed to immobilize the rolled print within the tube. The replacement had less damage so I didn't ask for anything after that point (even though it was enough that other places I would have) - but it definitely was frustrating.

I would assume they had enough issues with the last release that maybe they will adapt.

I also had a print damaged in a square tube. (Unfinished Sympathy). I received the tube, one of the end caps had essentially fallen off when I got it (not taped), and the print inside had taken the shape of the square box AND was damaged. Told them about it, they asked what number I had, and shipped a replacement right away. New one arrived in a square tube, end caps taped, and the print was still rolled up and smaller than the tube itself (so it didn't take the square shape). Now the question, what to do with the first one? :quesexclaim:

Sell it in the scratch and dent thread as "near mint".

I also had trouble with the shipping, got a replacement, was also damaged for Unfinished Sympathy. If this one arrives damaged as well, I think it's time for some community intervention, cause they charging too much to keep sending things poorly.

^man that sucks.

mine arrived safe... super low number too =D

at least they're good about sending out replacements. I'm now dealing with 1xRun sending me a super creased print, and they literally suggested I use an iron to fix it so I don't have to "go through the hassle of packing and shipping it back". and now they're offering me a less-damaged-print as replacement. how is this a thing?

Yea, they said they're going to send a replacement, but I'm not holding my breath on a better outcome. They also said they've had problems using round tubes. I think the main problem is they don't cut the kraft paper to the correct size so it bangs around in the box/tube.

Oof. What's the print from 1X? I ordered something from them for the first time in years, and was surprised to see if it in a tube inside a box, which is better than just sending it out in those thin chitty tubes they use.

In that case, it’s a roll.

P. S. Dat sucks. Once you are sorted, I’ll take this one for the cost of shipping and a McDee meal for the trouble. I spaced the drop. Thanks!

P. P. S. Onerun is (was?) the worst.

Bummer on the damage... same type of damage I had on their last run. Fingers crossed on your replacement...
