I'm now dealing with 1xRun sending me a super creased print, and they literally suggested I use an iron to fix it so I don't have to "go through the hassle of packing and shipping it back". and now they're offering me a less-damaged-print as replacement. how is this a thing?

P. P. S. Onerun is (was?) the worst.
They suck!

whew... dodged that bullet... was a little anxious opening it up.. i really don't understand how hard it is to properly wrap a print in kraft that matches the exact tube height - end caps... specially when you go a couple hundred shipping out.... sigh...
artists bad at math or something?
print looks epic otherwise... very happy with how this turned out.

I need to check mine as well now, honestly thought they'd ship better this time around. Not sure what it's gonna take for them to change if they think square tubes with shitty non-kraft are the right way to go.

Yea, they said they're going to send a replacement, but I'm not holding my breath on a better outcome. They also said they've had problems using round tubes. I think the main problem is they don't cut the kraft paper to the correct size so it bangs around in the box/tube.
Oof. What's the print from 1X? I ordered something from them for the first time in years, and was surprised to see if it in a tube inside a box, which is better than just sending it out in those thin chitty tubes they use.
It was Cinta Vidal's Kobe/Hong Kong set. (which also went on sale for half off a few days after I bought it

)

thanks, guys. Codeblue: I hope they ship it out soon for ya.
and yeah, the size of the print not fitting in either of my portfolios helped expedite me getting it framed.

UPDATE: New square tube arrived packed exactly the same as the last one. Luck was on my side dis time, and it didn't bang around enough to cause any damage. Not sure if I'll play dis game again with these amateurs unless it's a real banger.

awesome, glad to hear it worked out. square tube roulette isn't that bad when you get a free print out of it.... as long as they're willing to make good. however, you think they'd learn their lesson after eating all of that extra international shipping.
side note: I recently started a Fans of Etam Cru facebook page, if anyone cares to join.

Dats prolly the real reason they moved all their print production in house. Much cheaper to replace prints when you control the production.
