Tim, consider this purchased on my end. Will you be putting info in the newsletter about the drop?

This whole situation blows. As with many others, I'd totally pay $60 shipping for a sweet free print. You think FFO could do the same with their copies… or at least have Marlin work something out on an individual customer basis?

When will people understand that competition is good for every industry, including-- and possibly, especially-- an industry like art and prints. I think most fans/collectors don't care where a piece is from, or who the artist is, if the work itself is something the customer would want to frame and display. The diversity of artists, styles, and properties is one of the things I love most about this hobby; diminishing that diversity only screws over artists, fans, and smaller companies.

But hey, if a company can outbid its competition, fans will just continue to thoroughly enjoy the endless stream of "Alien" prints we've all so obviously clamoring for  :hanging:

Is it possible to take a page out of the big M's book and give these away with a $60 screwdriver or something more topical like a box of roses?

Unless the buyout was WAY over the top, why would the license holders even care if there were two posters/prints? It is not like there aren't thousands of statues/shirts/keychains/lithos/toys/mugs/etc.

Nice print regardless, sucks that there is drama around it.
Can be an online release PB when I am not trying to get the piece if I am available. Just ask.

I would imagine Tim wants nothing to do with them at this point. This is a major burn.
