So the moratorium on emails is lifted on Wednesday after these have all shipped out?

I will say this much - I asked him about it a while ago, he said mine was part of that batch that USPS allegedly lost for a while. Finally got the tracking number, which showed that pre-ship was a month ago...and just today it's completely skipped to "arrived at my local post office." So yeah, some piss-poor luck probably played a part in all of this.
