dtnt99 wrote:Yes. Went ahead and canceled the order and requested refund.
In addition, the email stated that burlesque didn't get enough paper to print the LA version because of supplier issues...

Just to clarify, Burlesque did not "run out" of paper in the way people say. I don't know where that came from. Burlesque ordered the paper in the proper amount but French did not deliver in the proper amount of paper for the LA version. Burlesque was not aware till they reached the end of printing that the manufacturer had not delivered the proper amount of paper.... Just to clarify.

FWIW offering someone a refund doesn't make this situation right. Wait 3+ months for a print, it arrives damaged and then we are notified that you guys can't replace them.RomanMorales wrote:Just to clarify, Burlesque did not "run out" of paper in the way people say. You guys handled this poorly.

"These EBers" was in reference to OCE. Burlesque shares little culpability in this debacle as a whole.... Just to clarify.

I have 9 Variants and 4 Regulars on my sub -- there needs to be an announcement soon, on the overall state of the company, upcoming releases, and a plan to fulfill subscriptions -- as of now, the overall impression is that this company is toast and that is just wrong
