Okay why the f*** have people got their tracking numbers and I've still got nothing, seriously if this was anything other than a print this guy wouldve been shut down for scamming. Give me my bloody tracking order Roman I don't want my money back I want my print
Honestly i don't think you'd be any better off with a tracking number. The people i've talked to that have them, the tracking numbers haven't even updated as if they were real. Some a week after being given them... I mean i could make up a 22 digit number to give you like Roman is, if you want.otakii901 wrote:Okay why the f*** have people got their tracking numbers and I've still got nothing, seriously if this was anything other than a print this guy wouldve been shut down for scamming. Even if you want your print, file a chargeback. From my experience, it seemed like Roman would have rather given me a print than my money back. If anything filing the chargeback lights a fire under his ass to deal with you specifically.blackbird68 wrote:for the love of god people just file chargebacks already.
I got one because I emailed him. I sent two to info@oddcityentertainment.com, since that's what the confirmation email and website say to do, but only got a response when I sent it to roman@oddcityentertainment. Like someone said above, the tracking hasn't been updated since I received it.otakii901 wrote:Okay why the f*** have people got their tracking numbers and I've still got nothing, seriously if this was anything other than a print this guy wouldve been shut down for scamming. As to why I haven't personally filed a chargeback? I guess I don't really care that much. It's a nice image for a movie that's over 40 years old, so I'm not in that much of a hurry. That doesn't mean that I find this assclown's business practices acceptable, and anyone that chooses to go that route is completely justified.

3 things:
1) This thread makes me want to get out of bed in the morning! Thank you for keeping me going everyone
2) If Roman could make art as quickly as you guys can, we wouldn't be in this mess
3) All of our prints were supposedly shipped 2 day priority by Saturday and were dropped off at a different/better USPS. If this is the case, why is it Friday and I still haven't I received them yet?

I love that Roman linked to an article about slow USPS service as if this proves everything he's been saying. He just needs a few more articles mentioning all of his other excuses. Something about slow turn times in customs maybe. Statistics showing that answering emails slows down productivity in businesses. Or how sometimes your print is in the last place you thought to look ("your front door").

Like I said before, call your CC company and ask for a chargeback.
