Well, if they announced one minute earlier, I wouldn't have been. Cool giant robots though. Probably my favorite of his pieces so far.

Been looking forward to a print for Pacific Rim for quite some time. I saw the movie back in January and LOVED it. This print is somewhat underwhelming though. Something about it is not clicking for me. It does have me looking forward to what else is released in this series though.

"We always thought alien life would come from the stars but, it came from deep beneath the Pacific..."

Announcing the Odd City studio licensed Pacific Rim print series. It's been a long and wild ride getting to this point with some seriously gorgeous art being produced along the way.

The series will debut with Gabz and feature work (in no particular order) from NE, Todd Slater, Gordon Jones and Graham Erwin.

Gabz prints will include a Regular ($55), Variant ($75) and Metal Variant ($275). They will all be 24" x 36" in size. The Regular edition will have a run size of 225, the Variant run size will be 80 and the Metal Variant will have a run size of 55.

The Pacific Rim print series will be randomly released beginning on Tuesday July 2nd and lasting through Thursday, July 11th. We will be sending out continual updates via our newsletter as we reveal the artist's work and other news in this series. Updates will also be posted on our Twitter (@OddCityNews) and Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/OddCityEntertainment) accounts.

You can visit the Odd City website for quotes from Gabz on his involvement on this project and inspiration for his Pacific Rim print.

We couldn't think of a better way to end this than with a quote from Charlie Day's character in Pacific Rim, Dr. Newton Geiszler, "It is pretty cool."

Check out the Gabz prints below.

So after one drop, 1/3 of my membership cost is covered not counting shipping. Now that is something I wasn't even expecting. Congrats Roman, you back up your words 100% an I'm sure everyone else that has subs are feeling great. I will admit I was on the fence with getting one but if this is how it plays out from here on, then this will be one of the best gambles I've taken.

And no longer will it be considered a gamble when the next sub opens up.
