So I purchased a Josh Keyes Lifted II off this seller landomilknhoney back on day of release 1/18/2013.I emailed him/her a week or so ago 2.9.13 and was like." sup dude, got tracking? wheres my print? " he replies with: " I am out of the country and will get back to you shortly. " so i told him / her i didnt appreciate the lack of information and with respect to business, he / she should of made that aware to me at time of purchase and not wait for me to email asking where my ish at.. so then he / she emails me on 2.11.13 and says: the print has been at my post office but i will not be able to retrieve it as i am still out of the country" so they send me a cancel transaction request, i accept and now they wanna refund me via echeck? WTF? you mean to tell me i gotta wait while you buy and sell in my face?

this person may or not be on here but its advice to stay away from the shadiness

Surely you could have got hooked up here, rather than going to the bay?

Yeah, that sucks. I had a similar situation (not with this person), but the auction said the print would be shipped within 24 hours. Well I never got shipping confirmation, so I contacted him. Still nothing. Finally I got an email 2 weeks later letting me know they went out of town for vacation. I was like WTF, you put up an auction and say that it will be mailed within 24 hours priority (which they charged more for 'expedited' shipping), to only have to wait 3 weeks for something I thought and expected to be to me within 3 days.

I love and treasure individuals as I meet them, I loathe and despise the groups they identify with and belong to.

Definitely could be that shady couple from MA. They will never stop until they are called out personally....

Hope you get the money back.

Hi Mrkyuss, did you not read that I purchased this on the day of release? how many people were reselling on the day of release for less than that 450? NONE

$449 was the lowest i panicked that they would soar in price like exodus since those three members here had all the exodus prints paying people as they walked by to stand in line.. it gave them the ability to control the market and pricing. same dudes that complai nare the same dudes that flip.

WE ALL KNOW WHO YOU THREE ARE >> THE THREE AMIGOS! THE THREE HOLIER THAN THOU RESELLERS WITH MULTIPLE EBAY ACCOUNTS WHO SWEAR THEY DONT FLIP BUT ALWAYS GOT A TRADE OR A BUYERS REMORSE THREAD OR A FS THREAD TO FUND A BIG ISO ...LOL

I know two of you, bought and even had a beer with one during the geddes show. :P

So i copped it asap. surely you guys know the itch, when it comes you cant stop scratching til its over and you have confirmation.

the $400 didnt go up until a week or two after and i was sore at that also

ISO lifted II & Exodus

My advice:

Never buy prints from someone selling Phish show memorabilia like golf balls, inflatables and plastic hot dogs.
