Yup. My blue Large fits like a Small, but I asked the seller for measurements and if he didn't screw me, this should fit like a Small :)

It's really funny how much they vary. I went on a kick of buying every horkey RVCA shirt I could find on eBay. The actual sizes are all over the board.
