Ha, that would have been great but also not. I've caught delivery people snooping around the courtyard and doing lazy things with packages but none have shot a basket yet.MJGallicchio wrote:At least he didn't run over to the kid hoop and dunk it?
Clearly you haven’t considered the incredible weight of the Peek boxes and the related physical strain necessary to lift said boxes....not even taking into fact the stress of squatting down and actually placing the box on the ground.
We have two dogs. They protect the house. Mailman pulled up one day, dogs went off (inside behind a security gate), and this lil peek box just comes flying up onto our front porch out of nowhere. By the time I walked out the door and picked up the box, dude was down the street already. Turns out it was signature confirmation also, so, double fail by USPS.

What do you expect him to do, gently place it down and tuck it in for a nap? If this bothers you, no one tell him that distro facilities don’t handle his tubes and boxes like feberge eggs.chevyav53 wrote:Jules is my first PEEK score. Hope not too fragile as the lazy A$$ mail man just tossed it at my door this morning, takes a nice little bounce too. Looking forward to checking when I get home.

I expect him to do his job correctly & with a smile. My normal postwoman puts the boxes down without tossing them. Think we all know how they are handled so it is great when it arrives unharmed but not great when the last step in the process undoes everything. Luckily as an appreciated previous member posted these are packed well. Sorry you are not doing well today.

Hard to tell what’s more delicate today....

Was he pre-Amazon days? Must have been quite a shock after 2005 for some of the OG postal workers. The amount of packages being delivered before that must have been minuscule compared to today.jkw3000 wrote:Still better than my old mailman who used to ask very suggestively if I ordered a package.
Wait, you're an Uber on-demand driver, unhappy, now unemployed probably single living at home.... explains the anger toward your customers whom you always disappointed. .... you can PM me if you need someone to talk to... instead of trying so hard for attention on this thread.DickButt wrote:The entitlement is hilariousToonKiller wrote:Hard to tell what’s more delicate today....
