I had to open a paypal dispute with Thisisalimitededition after my plate was returned to sender. They weren't replying to any of my recent emails and it had taken them weeks to reply to previous emails (they were selective about what parts of the email to reply to and ignored the rest). In the paypal dispute they blamed me for FedEx's shipping damages (I don't know if it really was damaged or not since I didn't receive it) and didn't seem willing to work things out with me, so I had to escalate the dispute and let paypal resolve it before I got my money back.
