Hmm. interesting take. I love the movie, like a lot. It and Clockwork Orange are my favorite from Kubrick. Not sure about the print though. I will say I like it more than the Clockwork Orange one, but I'm not sure if it captures the feel of the film for me. That said, it may grow on me. I'm not totally closed off to it.

Clockwork and Strangelove are great. The rest are not to my liking.

How many did they commission him for? Will we be seeing Full Metal Jacket? Lolita? Eyes Wide Shut? The Killing?! (Barry Lyndon I guess, but never was all that interested in that one)

It has been said that The Killing was picked up by someone for an official release. It would be a shame if the rest go to that one group. At least ACO was apart of a bigger commission group.
