Because the akira license is crazy and there aren't any official prints. So this was art made officially for a book. and i'm guessing he can't sell prints. but he can sell one print.

Wow, I'm surprised I really dig it. That's probably my favorite Akira art that I've seen. It's a shame there isn't a run of these, I wish I had deeper pockets.
