That effect is most likely intentional. Check out this photo of the orange one they posted on Instagram. Note how the blue of the dress also looks "off" on all of these. It evokes a storybook, coloring-book, dream-like feel, which is common for many of their images.

They've been printing their own stuff forever. Don't think this would've been an oversight.

It's not a registration issue. The guys paint the fill color by hand before doing the screen on top. It's intentionally rough and rarely lines up.

Got a blue/grey colorway which is what I wanted so I'm very happy. Look great in person and are THICK with hand finishing.
