If you're asking about artists, can't say that I've EVERY seen them offer stuff for "Black Friday" - just not that kind of market. Now various specials during the holiday season? Yep, but you have to watch for them. I'd be shocked if places like Hobby Lobby, Michael's, AC Moore, etc. don't have some various frames on uber-sale that day...

I don't think it was necessarily a "sale," but I do recall Todd Slater put up a few prints on black Friday last year.
