The only UM Durieux print i didn't manage to grab was the Creature print, the rest are due to arrive shortly. I also have the Iron Giant, King Kong and Bigfoot National Park. Really interested to grab some earlier work.
Also nice to hear that he is a great guy, does anyone know of any AP's being sold by Laurent?
Thanks for the comments everyone

You don't want to know about Laurent's APs

If the Iron Giant is anything to go by, APs are more than secondary market price.

I think a lot of AP's are getting that way. Over valued? Not sure but i haven't come across a Durieux AP yet so i wouldn't know his angle on them. Does he remarque them?

the Iron Giants were either 300 or 400 & were signed embossed & doodled

I was checking it out before the last post, thanks.
So its safe to say its best to get a Durieux on the original drop!
Would be interested to know if anyone has bought an AP, anyone?

Not me but if I remember correctly those IGs have actually been reduced from what they were originally going to be... I think it was €320 when they were first announced. Doesn't think they've been put up yet.
If they're sketched/remarqued then (a big) maybe, but too rich for me.

Yeah original is best. How does everyone here feel about the Charlie drops. I wish the happy one was screen printed and sad one glicee. But that would mean more colors=more money

I really hope that releasing a variant as a giclee isn't the beginning of a trend...
Love Laurent's work. So good to see him hit it out of the park with the UM posters.
