Welcome! Eng is one of the artists that got me here, too. His Matrix print was my second movie poster purchase. Check out his Tron Legacy and his Interstellar if you're looking for his more attainable sci-fi. He's also done a lot of unlicensed, original concept work that's really cool. Oh, and he has a new print coming to the Mondo Originals show in Nov.ZiR23 wrote:Hi, new here. I recently became aware of this artist after seeing his Matrix poster and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Great stuff. Instantly became a fan.

Really hope it's a larger edition.mfaith wrote:Is that going to be a 1/1 giclee print like he did for the EvilTender show? Or do you think it'll be a more traditional print edition?

I prefer his giclees, except for a few of the screenprints, they just capture his abilities better imo. He puts a lot of that type of work in the inprnt store, where selection varies: http://www.inprnt.com/gallery/dwdsgn/
Yea, I think I went back and read almost everything on this thread. When the interstellar one was posted, I paused in awe. it's quite amazing.Diabolos80 wrote:Welcome! Welcome dude! I can highly recommend his art books Object 5/10, they're a great way to see a lot of his art up close. Also gives you an idea of his range. Guy has done so much solo artwork it's unbelievable.ZiR23 wrote:Hi, new here. I recently became aware of this artist after seeing his Matrix poster and 2001: A Space Odyssey. Great stuff. Object 5 was rereleased in hardcover a few months ago, you can find it here if you're interested:
