Luls. It aint Heni doing nothing. Duke was already trying to kill his aftermarket for years with all his recent time limited or gigantic editions. Member people freaking out over trying to get a run of 5k plastic statue.

heni was the one that released those timed / gigantic print editions. his prior print release was full/half little big space which were LE100.
Musart is heni? Even if dats true, it was still invader who agreed to it. Not like someone forced him to start making yuge editions.

Prices are laughable with the print runs

Nah, it's heni. They have done the same thing to Hirst. There is no correlation between editions and prices. Also, the plastic statue wasn't signed.

Also, beyond the large runs - space invader is a short lived IP. No one under 40 legitimately played an Atari. Maybe ironically, but not because it was one of the few options for entertainment and joy as a kid (anybody else have an intellivision?). Cash in while the money is good and nostalgia is relevant

ColecoVision ftw.

invaders gonna make like $5 mil+ off a single drop if he splits it in half with heni. seems like the only ones butt hurt are current owners cause they aren't as exclusive anymore. timed release was almost two years ago and were aluminum prints not paper. obviously didn't do much to kill the market then as the price ranges are still above what normal collectors can shell out for a print.
i'd be happy to grab a medium to toss on my wall. the quality of heni releases are top notch.
serio print had the marlboro print up for $7.5k for thier archive sale, curious if it ended up selling.
