There can be order in chaos. Discovering such order does not change the chaotic nature of the system.
The first assuption is that the chaotic system has no order.
The second assumption is that there may exist a statisical trends which may be measured in some way.
The third assumption is that measurement is an excercise in probability, not certainty.
