Whoops! Sorry I just saw this today. I just had it framed with a ready-made frame with the white matt inside. The opening was too small so I had a friend open it up for me. The white matt definitely draws your eyes into the image area of the print.

Oh wow, I really like this one! What's it called? It's a nice change from all the dark stuff I'm used to seeing. :D

Great job on those framed Danger's. It looks like a freaking gallery that is awesome. Although I am a black mat kind of guy whenever I see framed prints like that with white mats it makes me question my choice. Well done sir.

So Kevin, what you are saying is... once you've gone black, you've never went back.

thanks everyone.
Yeah Kevin these were the first pieces I've used a white mat on. Everything else I've framed has been done with a dark mat. I was very hesitant about going with the white but in the end I'm very please with how they turned out

I didn't know where to put this, but since it's hanging on my wall I decided to post it here. It wasn't my idea. I stole the idea from mistersmith. His turned out pretty sweet. you can check it out here. http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopi ... nt#p628290

It took a while to find a movement piece small enough to fit the whole in the record, since I didn't want to drill it out bigger. I think it turned out pretty cool.
