what mat's should I get

it has gold and silver metallic inks, hoping to do a the same with the matting

I'd get some silver and maybe black in there somehow. Either a couple of mats or maybe combined with some aged/silvered-looking wood for the frame.

If silver is a must, a hint of it is better than the options listed. Maybe a silver core black bottom mat.

Indeed. I think a subtly silver-y frame could work with the right mats. The silver mat though (if any) would be a core or middle or inner of 3. But you never really know until you see the mockup in person!
