My new Matt Rinard print. He doesnt have any work on EB but he has been around for years. He has a galery in New Orleans and his stuff has done quite well over the past few years. I was fortunant enough to meet him and got him to remarque this for me.

Simple black frame (around $20) with black and purple linnen mats ($20 each) and UV glass ($10)

Nice Swinbourne... I think that's been my favorite of his too. I prefer the other Hampton Nick Cave, but it's a hell of a lot harder to find. My sister has that one hanging as well.

Yep planning on going to Chicago and Seattle this year.

That is my favorite of Swinbournes too...I had always remembered that poster when I was starting in the poster scene, and I finally got to get one from him. I am a big fan of his line work and illustrations.

Same with the Hampton, another one that I always admired, both posters have really great illustrations with their own character and style.

If you remember the Flatstock thread and the Init Fest/Osprey Elaterium print discussions, you'll remember that my awesome sister took time out of her busy drunken SXSW to hit FS for me and whittle down my shopping list. And then, when I told her I'd mail her a check, she said "drymount you, happy birthday." And it wasn't even close to my birthday. So there's nothing to do but buy her a print!

She likes penguins. She's had a stuffed penguin named Paz for a few years. So I got her a pimp penguin print!

Yeah, the colors look drastic, but it's going on a maroon/eggplant wall, and I think it'll look great. Sheeet, I think it looks good on its own. Single blue-grey Alpharag mat and a bleached wood frame with stained border highlights.

Thanks to Mitch at MarshHouse for hooking up the print, and my boy Dan for another great frame job.
