Frame and mat set from FD with UV Acrylic. Though it was suggested not to get such a thin mat border for a larger piece I think I measured it just right. The white mat core gave just enough light border to supplement the black and the grey. Love the tarnished copper molding.

Thanks to the help of you guys, I managed to do my first frame up!

Cut the mat myself with a Logan mat cutter. It's not perfect (check the lower left corner), but you've got to start somewhere. :)
Mounted with Lineco mounting strips.
Acid free mat board & backing board.

Next up: Durieux' Journey. :drool:

Framing isn't that hard. just getting the supplies are a bit pricey.

More people on the board should try diy framing.
