Doug is the best. And his dog is hilarious.
Picked these up from Framing Devil in LA yesterday. Love the way they both came out. We decided to go simple on True Romance but he wanted to bring out the sunset so we did a triple mat. The Stand By Me just speaks for itself. I just let him do what he felt would look the best

Nice job! Those two turned out great. I can’t wait to take some more prints in to Doug. Itching to get more stuff framed asap!

So yeah... how much more does it cost to have the Devil work compared to a more run of the mill frame shop? I realize all the frames and materials add up but I would imagine they charge for the creativity aspect? I'm also out of state so there would obviously be a shipping charge. Do people send their work to him often from other places? Just trying to get an idea if this is possible and if so feasible. Thanks.
I'm not sure if he works with clients out-of-state, but his prices are very competitive for the level of quality and creativity you receive. I understand this is vague but I would recommend just sending an email and having him answer your questions directly. Framing Devil is a great guy to deal with!

Thanks for the info. I just emailed him. What are the turnaround times like? It seems like some of his frame jobs would take eons.SPICOLEI wrote:I'm not sure if he works with clients out-of-state, but his prices are very competitive for the level of quality and creativity you receive. The last one took about 3 weeks and it was during the holiday season. So, I would assume it is usually less than that. Even if it took months, once you see your completed piece you won't care!theghost206 wrote:Thanks for the info. I just emailed him. What are the turnaround times like?
